The Gap Between Rehab and Performance

Many people improve symptoms in rehab, but still struggle when returning to higher - level lifting and sport.

The problem isn't the rehab itself—it's the lack of a bridge to strength training and athletic performance.

This Four Phase seminar is designed to solve that disconnect by integrating clinical expertise with athletic coaching.

Why can rehab fail to translate into athletic success?

The Seminar Structure

PART 01

Restore Control

PART 02

Build Capacity

Learn how to better coordinate pressure through your diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor. This phase focuses on improving breathing mechanics, body awareness, and foundational control so your system can better manage load instead of gripping, bearing down, or compensating through movement.

Once control improves, the next step is building tolerance to movement and load. Learn how to breathe and brace and effectively move through functional positions without compensating.

PART 03

Integrate Load

PART 04

Return to Performance

In this phase, we integrate progressive strength training, dynamic stability, rotation, and functional loading strategies while maintaining pressure control and movement quality.

The final phase focuses on impact preparation and how to apply the tools you've learned.
